John Gallagher, (CA License #01299444) Principal of TRI's Apartment Advisory Team, has been focused on the sale of multi family properties in Northern California since 1989 having represented individual investors, partnerships, family trusts, syndicates, developers, real estate advisors, pension fund advisors, REITs and lenders. His extensive background with lenders includes having represented HomeFed Bank, Home Savings & Loan, California Federal Bank, Citibank and the RTC among several smaller S&L's as well as Asset Management intermediaries such as J.E. Robert Company, Hanford/Healy Companies and The Archon Group as their Listing Agent responsible for the sale of REO apartment properties in the Sacramento area. He combines extensive market knowledge with transactional expertise in the pricing, marketing, negotiating and closing of each real estate transaction. Dean Bagneschi, (CA License #01471790) Principal of TRI's Apartment Advisory Team, has nearly 2 decades in the commercial construction industry, including over $100 million dollars in developed and marketed projects. Dean brings forth extensive personal experience in owning, rehabbing and managing apartment buildings in the greater Sacramento Area which has enabled him to view the financial operation of apartments from an owner's perspective thus providing a realistic viewpoint. Dean specializes in assisting his clients with tax deferred Starker 1031 exchanges and his relationships with professionals in the industry enable him to consistently locate new opportunities for his loyal client base. Awarded 2006/2007 Regional Top Producer, Dean also holds a BS in Construction Management from Chico State. Angel McCormack, (CA License #01414882) Marketing Consultant to TRI's Apartment Advisory Team, has experience in commercial and residential real estate. Since February 2006 she has been contracted with TRI's Apartment Advisory Team to execute the marketing strategy. She develops all the marketing pieces for web and/or print applications. She designed the website to mirror TRI Commercial's main site and manages independently. She also conducts extensive market research and segmentation in Northern California's apartment markets to maintain various databases including REA. Prior to joining the Apartment Advisory Team, she was intricately involved in the marketing and escrow process of $40 million dollars worth of multi-family closures at Marcus & Millichap.
