Instead, we market to everyone, seeking out qualified buyers wherever they may be. We don't stop at the geographic borders of our region either. We are members of, and submit listings to, national organizations including CORFAC International®, CoStar®, CCIM®, Loopnet®, and RCM®, as well as local organizations such as Trainor Fairbrook® and MLS®. We also subscribe to valuable on-line resources such as Realfacts® and Pierce-Eislen® as well as maintain our own in-house database utilizing REA® and various Excel spreadsheets for market segmentation. We constantly update our database with the most current owner/property information, not only for sending our quarterly reports, but also to mail and e-mail our listing communications. Our focus is on making the best deal, not the biggest commission.
   
   
3. RELATIONSHIPS
   We foster close relationships with local investors & national investment firms alike, and routinely boast repeat business from satisfied clients. Due to our honest and impeccable business ethic, we end up brokering both sides of the transactions in over half our deals. We also maintain strong working relationships, on an on-going basis, with regional investment lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors, and property management companies to ensure the smoothest escrow process for our clients, when that time comes.
